What if I don’t like my tee shirt, can I return it?

You get to choose every step from shape to colour to design to size. As this has been custom printed for you, we cannot accept it back. This includes change of mind returns including fit, print, colour etc.

Can I print my own design on a tee shirt?

We have an awesome album of custom prints to choose from, therefor we aren't able to print your own personal graphics. We have 3 very talented in house graphic designers who have designed over 1000 unique designs for you to choose from and we will be releasing new designs daily. We have a wide range of tee shapes and colours to choose from, and we won't be able to print our graphics onto your own tees.

What if i choose the wrong size?

Please refer to our sizing chart provided as we cannot exchange or refund your tee as it's been printed especially for you.

what is the square mark on my tee?

This happens very rarely however if you do happen to see a square mark on your tee around the print, this will wash off on the first wash. It's part of our care technique. 

Do i get loyalty points for my purchase?

No, unfortunately we do not provide loyalty points on our Alaska Tees.

Can blank tees be purchased?

Yes, you can purchase any of our Alaska Tee's without a graphic on them at our Mount Maunganui store and online only.  

Are there any stores I can visit to try the tees?

We have an Alaska Tees store in Mount Maunganui (5 Marine Parade, under the twin towers) that will hold up to 2000 tees ready to be purchased. Don't see anything you like? You can hop online and create your own tee. You can see a range of printed tees and shapes in Augustine Boutiques (Newmarket, Wellington, Takapuna, Mount Maunganui). 

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we sure do! We have two options available for you to choose from. One of them is an e-voucher which is emailed or you can choose to have this delivered in an awesome gift box. 

What does pre-washed actually mean?

All of our tees are washed before they are made. This means that it will hold its shape when you wash it. You should still allow for 2-5% shrinkage but there shouldn’t be too much.

How do I track my tee shirt?

You will receive a tracking number with your confirmation email. If you are having trouble tracking your tee, please email us.
